How is an order executed ?

What delivery expenses are incurred ?
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, package dimensions and the country.
These costs are indicated to you when you purchase.
We will not deliver on holidays, weekends and public holidays as well as when
there is bad weather...
What happens if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery ?
In general, when the carrier carries out delivery and the recipient is absent, it leaves a visit note and an acknowledgement that your package is available. Pick-up must take place within the next working 24 hours due to the perishable nature of the product.
Where are arbria collections created ?
Arbria ® collections are created by hand in limited editions in France.

What types of tree does arbria offer ?
Arbria offers all types of species and all sizes of vegetation.
Arbria performs its work in a custom manner and the choice of tree depends on your expectation, the area of the site, the season and your event. Arbria takes great care in the quality and selection of tree species.
Why do you not show prices on the website ?
The price calculation of an original from an arbria collection integrates a multitude of variables: type of personalisation, type of packaging, choice of collection, species and strength of tree, precise dimensions, type of transportation, taxes in force, volume of shipment, etc… We must systematically calculate an estimate in line with your requirements.
How long does delivery take ?
Please allow between 2 and 12 weeks after your order has been received.
Can the tree be grown in its case or does it have to be replanted ?
Each arbria collection comes in a box which has been designed and conceived for a short period only.
Depending on its nature (indoor or outdoor), the tree must therefore be replanted in an appropriate environment in the days after it has been received.
Some arbria collections may be used and cultivated in their original box (terrace or balcony)
Are trees available for indoors and outdoors ?
Arbria offers collections for indoors and outdoors as well
as specific collections for cultivation on a balcony or terrace.
• Arbria outdoor collection
This consists of tree species suitable for medium and large-scale development. (to be reserved for planting in parks and large gardens)
• Arbria outdoor collection for terraces and balconies and small gardens.
Trees for small-scale development which can be grown in a container
• Arbria indoor collection
Trees which come from tropical regions.
(Must be grown inside a home.)
How do you plant your tree ? (arbria outdoor collection)
If your tree reaches you in a period of frost or you do not have time to carry out planting immediately, it should be placed in a cool location or in a place sheltered from the wind on damp soil.
For planting :
• Open a hole that is 5 times greater in volume than the clump of earth.
• Arrange some organic matter (compost) at the bottom of the hole.
• Withdraw the clump of earth from the container
• Place your tree there without burying it too far
• Fill up while mixing the earth with the compost
• Press down with your foot
• Water generously to create earth which is wet but not soaked.
