Advice for upkeep outdoors
If cultivating in a pot or tub outdoors on a terrace or balcony,
please adhere to the basic instructions below :
Position :
Avoid open sunlight and air currents.
Watering :
The clump of earth must remain permanently moist including in winter.
In summer, during warm weather, you can expect the leaves to go brown.
Repotting :
Should be performed at springtime (every 2-3 years)
in March-April. A mixture consisting of 1/3 sand,
1/3 garden soil and 1/3 compost. (cut 1/3 of the roots)
Fertilisation :
Organic in the spring in the form of roasted horn powder.
Maintaining size :
eliminate the young shoots during
the growth period to ensure that the tree retains a balanced form.
